Providing services to Individuals, Couples, Families and Children
Mental health is how people think, act and cope with life and the stressors and challenges that are part of the human experience. The state of one’s mental health can influence the ways in which they look at themselves, their life and others around them. It also strongly influences an individual's potential for achieving their goals and is an important tool in obtaining and maintaining a feeling of well being.

We recognize that mental illness effects the not just the mind or the mood but the whole body. Experiences of weight-gain, low energy, and other
physical ailments accompany many mental health concerns.

Using our wellness model, we are able to address behavioral health problems and mental health concerns targeting three aspects of wellness: emotional, mental, and spiritual. We provide a variety of counseling services, and integrative medical services to address these four aspects of wellness.
Approach to Wellness
Holistic Wellness is Tina's main approach to Therapy. She believes the best way to attain mental well-being is to take a deep look at the relationship between the mind, body and spirit and address how issues in one aspect of the client's life can lead to other aspects of their life. In the initial sessions, Tina will do a thorough intake of the client's physical health, emotional status, socioeconomic status, social life, family life, nutrition and fitness. After the thorough intake, she will study the client's goals and what they hope to achieve from therapy. After the thorough intake, Tina will present a treatment plan to address the issues at hand with a focus on an overall level of happiness based on the balance between all different aspects of the client's life.
When treating couples, Tina will look at all the different aspects of life that are affecting each individual separately and together as a couple. She truly believes that each person should feel complete on their own so that they are able to fully enjoy their partner and maintain a happy and healthy relationship. Therefore, she puts great emphasis on individual fulfillment and happiness as well as working on straightening the relationship between the couple.
When treating families, Tina believes each member can greatly influence the other member's well-being, emotional health and happiness. Therefore, she focus on taking a thorough intake of each family member followed by a intake of the family unite as a whole. She will then identify the goals for therapy and present the family with a treatment plan.
